Prologue:

Este es un informe del segmento de retorno de un viaje que tomé a fines de marzo. Al último minuto, LH decidió retrasar este vuelo por 3 horas debido a razones mecánicas. Como la demora fue de 3 horas o menos, no califiqué para la compensación según la regla EC 261. Técnicamente, la demora tenía que ser de más de 3 horas. Al final, mi vuelo salió a las 19:30 (Schd 16:35) y llegó a la OFS a las 23:20 (Schd 20:35)

Salvo la demora, el vuelo estuvo bien con un servicio amable y catering decente. Disfruté mi visita al salón Senator y aproveché el buffet y las facilidades de ducha..Siempre es un placer conectar a través del aeropuerto de MUC, el cual se considera uno de los mejores del mundo.

Al llegar a MUC fui a visitar los salones de LH Senator por las puertas H y K.

Summary:

El retraso fue el único punto negativo de este viaje. De lo contrario, LH se desempeñó sólidamente con un producto decente. Disfruté los salones en MUC particularmente porque parecen menos concurridos que los de FRA.

    Only few minutes were missing to be able to qualify for compensation.
    But you still could send a claim to LH

    You were lucky to fly the best aircraft in the world (and yes I don't need Skytrax)

    Looks way better than the meal I had on LAX flights

    A rather great flight with LH
    Comfort at its best with Airbus A380 (#NonStopHer)

    - I don't know if that would do anything. When I talked to the agent at the lounge she said that since I was at the lounge I was already being compensated. She advised that i could try but didn't feel very hopeful.

    - Just good planning. ;) I could have taken LX via ZRH but decided to fly LH just because of the A380.

    I think LH has a very decent product in Y, especially the A380.

    Yes, a pain that is even more irritating considering that I could have received compensation by 1 min. At least LH has a nice lounge to spend some time. Thanks for your comments.
