Prologue:
I wanted to renew my Gold Card with Star Alliance and made the choice to do it quickly so I came move on to renew as well by Gold card with British Airways.After a great week-end with my wife in HK it was time to leave for a few days to Los Angeles.
I was so beat that I did not take many pics for the first leg. Will just give you the meal. The Balik Salmon is still great was it once bad ? ;-)
Wagyu beef with polenta along with a great sauce.
Desert to close a delicious meal and I slept all the way to Zurich. I told the crew not to wake me up for the breakfast since I can grab one in the lounge.
Fast forward It was time to board and leave the lounge. My car is waiting for me. Unlike Air France you are not driven to the plane but left in the terminal. Not a big deal.
My appetizer came. Refreshing.
My seat is quite old given the current competition but it remains a solid seat and bed !
The entertainment is like history... I just worked on my laptop !
My diet coke with hot towel.
The table is set.
Since we were only 3 passengers
The salad is fine.
Gnocchi with filet of beef and wine sauce. WOW !
Perfectly juicy. Damn what a taste !
My desert came along but I was stuffed... I secured a few bites.
Coffee with whipped cream...
I skipped the meal before arrival since I would have a dinner with my Family in Pasadena !

Summary:
I won't comment on the HK to Zurich leg aside that the meal was great and so was the food for my flight to Los Angeles. Swiss is much better than Lufthansa or British Airways and on par with Air France.I enjoyed the crew of both flights.
The seat is comfortable even if the entertainment is way too old to have a great experience.
