Prologue:
I had to fly to Toulouse as a part of a business trip.I will then drive to Marseille to see my relatives and then back to China.
I arrived at 7:30 pm to get my boarding pass. As Emerald you can use the First Class counter.
With that in hand I made my way to the lounge.
let's check the buffet.

You also have a menu handed to you to choose from. I went for the sea bass with sesame seeds.
On the left of the buffet you have the cold options.
It was time to get a cold shower before boarding.
Not my flight. Mine is operated by an Airbus A380.
My seat for the next 13 hours. Damn I don't have a window... While it bothers me on the day flight
The seat is located in the upper deck... Rear facing.
You have plenty of storage to put away your belongings.
The dinner quickly arrived but I have to say I was still full from the lounge.
I managed to find room in my stomach to swallow the salmon. IT was a very good meal. I tend to avoid meat with BA since it's always overdone.
House of cards before sleeping..
I slept for 9 hours and requested not to be disturbed for the breakfast since I have 5 hours to spare in the lounge for my connecting flight to Toulouse.

Summary:
It was a good flight with BA.Yes the seat it clearly outdated given the current competition. I hope a new seat will be launched soon.
The Wing is a great First Class Lounge with high catering quality and service.
