Prologue:
Whenever it's Chinese New Year, I always try to leave China. I was good to see my relatives since I haven't had the chance to be in my hometown for Christmas.While I did not do the report for the outbound flight I'm reporting the return.
It's always a pleasure to fly with Cathay. I used my British Airways miles called Avios to book the trip.
After an uneventful flight from Marseille with Air France
Restaurant buffet style with seating tables.
The business center with many IMac.
The lounge is kinda big.
The buffet is still set for breakfast.
I was a bit underwhelmed by the offer. As weird as it seems
The wide windows will help you enjoy the view.

After my shower I was a bit hungry. The lunch buffet is set...
The fish was just perfect.
I also enjoyed the Chinese beef.
The deserts were also outstanding ! Ok

The seat is one of the best in the sky !

The no longer combo "Balik & Caviar" Cathay cut the balik as on my 2015. One of the best first course !

I woke up 5 hours later for my supper (body clock).
Seafood noodles. Great choice !
I slept again and it was time to eat my breakfast.
Eggs made in the kitchen !
Soon enough we were close to land in HK.

Summary:
A great flight with Cathay, I was not expecting anything less.Booking a First Class Trip with Cathay is a safe bet :
- Great crew
- Great bed
- Great catering
