Prologue:

After arriving from Madrid, I have a few hours transit before flying to Paris.

I had 2 lounges to pick. Terminal A where my flight departs or Terminal E where long hauls operate.

I decided to go with Terminal E since it's much better

I love the map design.

I was greeted by a lovely agent and I turned right where the Senator Lounge is. On the other side you have the Business Class one.

The famous bar with enough to get drunk !!

I decided to go to the terrace to enjoy the view. Such a joy.

Let's check the buffet.

It's pretty disappointing to get such a spread given that you are in their Hub.

Bound to Bangkok.

Close to departure I made my way to the lounge again from Terminal A.

Boarding by bus help to see the whole plane.

Life is great in the air.. Nice sunset.

I was given a sandwich for the short hop to Paris with sparkling water.

Let's see what's inside. Not that bad.

Hi Thomas,

Thank you for this TR. The LX lounge looks very welcoming and I love the contemporary design. The plane spotting from the terrace is a great plus. Fish and chips? I'm impressed. On top of that you get a choice of Movenpick ice cream in a tub, stick or cone? What a treat!

Aboard the sandwich is fine for a flight of this length.

Thanks Adan. The terrace is the reason why I make the trip to Pier E even if I leave from Pier A. Cheers.
