Prologue:
Overnight booking...I was enjoying my time in France and an emergency forced me to fly back to China.
With my original award ticket I could not find any space to change, I ended up buying a ticket. With less than 24 hours before departure, fares were higher than ever... except for Royal Jordanian.
Much to my surprise the flight was operated by an Airbus A330. They usually send A320 to CDG.
I arrived to CDG by train very early and wandered until check in was opened.
After clearing the custom and security I headed to Cathay Pacific lounge.

I was surprised to receive such a good meal. I had low expectations.. the bread was warm.
While the presentation is not outstanding
Lemon tart and pistachio ice cream to finish off the excellent meal.
I decided to take a nap for 2 hours.

Summary:
Well, flying RJ for the first time, made me curious about flying with them on a longer flight. while I slept most of the time to Bangkok, the crew were great.I'm looking forward to trying again RJ on their 787 !
