Prologue:
After my flight with BA, I was eager to fly with AA in their 787.After my good flight from Dallas to London on their 77W, it was time to start another experience and compare with BA the soft and hard product.
Was it worth it ? Read on..
After my flight from Houston
I had the sea bass with veggies. Cooked perfectly and tasty.
I'm facing such a beauty... bound to London
Boarding will begin shortly...
The cabin
Legroom
Rear facing seat
Plugs. convenient to have 2. One for my laptop and one for my phone.
IFE loaded with many movies.
Screen to control your seat.
The remote.
The menu
So refreshing first course.
The Korean ribs. Despite the high level of spice for my taste (my wife would have approved)
The FA came with the tart
I finished my meal up here.
In flight bar
My bed
See you in few hours..
One observation I got from the 1A. It's too noisy from the talks and light. Next time
I woke up here and my breakfast was served.
I was still full from my dinner. I went light. I really like AA breakfast.
45 minutes away from touchdown..

Summary:
After my flight with AA. It confirms my previous flights with them. They are better than BA in almost every levels:
- Crew : More relaxed and fun, we engaged the conversation over the tart. we discussed about France. My life in US and so on. Too bad they did not see the ice on the tart.
- Catering : Simple yet tasty. A shame for the tart.
- Seat : Again, flown in the 787, the cabin is much better on AA. For BA, it's frustrating to see no investment has been made on a new product.
Overall a good experience.
