Prologue:
I'm a big fan of Cathay Pacific Lounge in LHR.When I booked the ticket I made sure I can taste again the lounge not for 2 hours. As a result, I spent 11 hours there....
Enough to time to review the breakfast service and lunch.
Now fasten your seat-belt or I should say your stomach ;-)
You need to take the elevator to reach the lounge.
The reception is on the right. The lounge attendant recognized me and wished me to enjoy the lounge again. Impressive.
I went to take a shower before my BF. It's the same one in HKG

The quinoa salad was spectacular. So tasty that I almost ordered another one...
I bragged some fruits and a chocolate bread.
It was time for me to take a seat and enjoy the view
Fast forward it was time for me to take my lunch.

Summary:
The lounge is FANTASTIC and if you are flying out from T3 skip the BA or AA lounges. You'll be pleased.A regular flight in CE. I think the product has gone downhill. I checked my previous flights in CE few years back. It was much better.
