Prologue:

I arrived early for my BA LHR-DUB and decided to explore the Galleries lounges @ T5.

Staff Service: 7/10

Entertainment: 8/10

Business Center: 9/10

Food: 7/10

Lounge Design: 8/10

Spa and Bathroom: 8/10

Wifi: 9/10

Summary:

This was a very busy lounge and dirty dishes tended to accumulate quickly. It seems at times that the staff was not able to keep up with the volume of guests. The saving grace is the terrace that provided some relief from the claustrophobic environment inside.
