Prologue:
I landed from Doha with Qatar Airways in Istanbul SAW and I was leaving from IST. It was not the smoothest transit. As a US citizen I had to buy my visa. I took a cab to reach IST. The journey lasted for 1h30.We've been through the city and I was keen to spend more time in Istanbul. Looks like I need to find the right ticket at the right price, so I will use my miles for it.

Summary:
First experience and I'm looking forward to trying TK with a much longer flight.The lounge is certainly great but I'm still falling for QR one in Doha.
